About 

The Cozy Cottage cabin is an efficiency cabin perfect for a quiet getaway.  You have a great view of the TX Hill Country and are very close to the lake.  The Cozy Cottage cabin is located on Log Country Cove property and is managed by Log Country Cove, with 20+ years of 5 star hospitality in the Kingsland Area.  This cabin can sleep up to 4 guests.  Non-motorized items included in your stay.

  We stayed in the cozy cottage and it definitely lives up to it's name. It was both secluded enough that we felt like we had a lot of privacy and it was also close enough to everything that we didn't have to walk far at all. The entire site is located in a beautiful spot in the hill country and log country has boats, jets skis, kayaks, hiking and more so there's plenty to do. A great romantic spot for any outdoor lover. There were many other cabin styles that were all different for different needs. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. Looking forward to coming back with the whole family.

  Perfect. Brought mountain bikes to ride at local downhill park. The kolache debacle was stumbling up the steps of the cottage at 1am with a box of kolaches. I decided not to break my fall and save the kolaches.

  We had a great time staying here. Our only issue was the cabin was hot. The AC did not properly cool off the cabin. We did let the front office know and they came immediately to fix it. The cabin needs a better AC unit. The location was great and the property was clean and staff very friendly.

  Very cute cottage, perfect for a couple's weekend getaway, secluded and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, fluffy pillows, bed side fans and ample lighting and I loved the rustic armoire, perfect for all our needs with lots of hangers! Also plenty of very soft towels, nice clean bathroom! The couch downstairs was also comfy with recliners on both ends (could have used another end table). My only suggestion would be to provide a couple of wine glasses & a wine opener. Overall we enjoyed our visit!

  Log County Cove gives on a wonderful community environment for a wedding weekend. The whole wedding party could stay onsite at this beautiful location and rehearsal dinner and wedding venues were on site too. It’s also very reasonably priced, but I do live in NYC where I could barely get a hotel room for the price of a cabin for four. It’s just a lovely quiet place. I had a great time there. I just wish they recycled. It made me very sad to see so many recyclable materials go in the trash.

    Tracy: Log Country Cove is such a great place to host wedding, reunions and cooperate events because we do have ample lodging and everything is pretty much within walking distance. We are so glad that the Cozy Cottage worked well for you. As for the recycle issue....we are in the country and this not something that is available. Many or our guest will take their recycled material back home with them. I know that you were not able to do this because of the fact that you flew here. We do hope that you all will have the opportunity to visit us again in the near future.

  The only 2 negatives is the walkway to the cabin is very uneven.
  
  The A/C cannot adequately cool the bedroom upstairs. The downstairs stays cool but the units is not adequate. The unit faces west to the afternoon and setting sun which heats the upstairs cabin and then the A/C unit can't cool it.
