Bear's Landing is a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath 3,000 sq foot open concept home.  This home has a pool and hot tub and is right across the road from the lake.  This house is a great place for families who want to enjoy the private pool and the lake.  Bear's Landing is located on Log Country Cove property and is managed by Log Country Cove with 20+ years of 5 star hospitality in the Kingsland area.  Non-motorized items included in your stay.

  Bears Landing was a great option for 4 of the 5 siblings. We each had a bedroom with bath, and a 1/2 bath in kitchen/living area. And single sibling stayed in Manda Shae. Bears Landing is much nicer in person than pictures provided.
  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the hot tub in the evening after office was closed, but someone came and attended to the issue. We found out later this issue impacted the pool which was was cloudy our entire stay. We spent more time accessing kayaks and paddle boards than pool time. My brother did rescue a turtle from the pool.
  Wish the dining table was sat 6 comfortably and no extra chairs.
  Each bathroom had 1 towel rack and no hooks to hang 2nd wet towel.
  We are planning another trip to this property.
  Grounds are immaculate. We felt safe. We highly recommend this place to families.

  Overall, we had a really great stay at Bear's Landing. One little hiccup was that one day we discovered a bat had flown into the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom fan had fallen, and it left just the right amount of space for a tiny bat to fly in. The maintenance guys came quickly to repair the fan, and no other incidents occurred during our stay. I would say that this house may not be the best for small kids as the stairs are really steep and are open between each step. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being right across from the neighborhood amenities. I would highly recommend this cabin to families with older kids or teens.

The cabin has a lot of covered space outside which was great as it did rain one day, but we could still sit outside. The wildflowers were beautiful and we hiked everyday.

  Bears Landing is a beautiful spacious home. The backyard is an amazing Oasis, perfect for Cornhole, horseshoes, family soccer or football games! The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing.   Four couples on a getaway! We had a great time! The house had everything we wanted and needed. It was very well stocked!! Nice clean pool and hot tub!   This is a perfect space for three or four families. Each room has a private bathroom and enough space to spread out. The upstairs loft area is perfect for the older kids to have a large sleepover. There are three different AC units that manage different rooms in the house so everyone is happy. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and we all had a fantastic time. The only drawbacks are a small ice machine and slow internet.
